Fang Liang
'Eternity'
A depiction of a moon floating between Heaven and Earth, this sculpture explores our philosophical endeavours to make sense of the universe, with textures enhancing its visceral power. By creating a dual representation of structural sturdiness around a hollow core, the artist creates a unity of opposites, giving heft to the profundity of nothingness.
